I'm Brazilian, and I live in Curitiba, capital of Paraná state, with my dog Pudim. I love coffee (Brazilian coffee is the best)!
I am a black belt in Chinese archery, a gray belt in Martial Art Pa-kua, and edged weapons (such as wood sword). These activities are not just hobbies, they teach me to adapt to the new challenges, they require precision, focus, discipline, and attention to details, how to care for myself and my training partners. I enjoy it!
WORK BIO
I have 3 years of experience in IT project management, however, my journey began 10 years ago managing music projects at Amplificar Junior Enterprise at Federal University of Paraná.
My experience in music prepared me to lead multidisciplinary teams and solve creatively problems. Thanks to my previous background, to adopt agile methodologies was a natural choice, enabling me to lead multidisciplinary teams in IT projects and product management.
In the last three years, I have collaborated closely with product owners and tech leaders, detailing requirements, designing solutions, and using Design Thinking principles to create desirable futures for our clients.
In July 2024, I spent a month in Toronto (Canada), studying English and leaning more about different cultures.

Bradesco Consórcios
2023/2024
Bradesco Consórcios is a Bradesco Bank's brand (third biggest bank in Brazil) and I work with digital contemplation vehicle consortium.
Product 1: Digital signing of contracts in the vehicle property contemplation process.
Impact: Reduced contract signing time from 7 days to a maximum of 3 days and reduced paper consumption.
Product 2: Vehicle plate and chassis decoder: The system receives the vehicle chassis or plate, instantly provides key information about the automobile.
Impact: Reduced errors in filling out vehicle information, streamlining and simplifying the contract signing process and releasing financial resources for vehicle acquisition, as model, year, color and owner.
Product 3: Debts and restrictions: The system receives the vehicle chassis or plate, instantly provides information about the automobile that forbids vehicle, such as judicial restriction.
Impact: interrupt the purchase in begin of the process instead of at the end, as it was before.
Pa-Kua
2024
International League of Pa-Kua, search ancient oriental knowledge through the practice of one or more of our 8 disciplines: archery, martial art, acrobatic, chinese yoga, edged weapons, pa-kua chi, rythym and tai chi.
Product: Digital singing App to Pa-Kua School Curitiba
The purpose was to find a free way to sign students contracts and that is easy to change when the students want to have upgrade.
In this project I did end-to-end. I refined the requirements, designed, developed, tested and deployed the product alone. I used design thinking to detail require and AppSheet to develop.
Banco da Amazônia

Banco da Amazônia it's a bank oriented to brazilian Amazon development
Product: Judicial Request System: Information system for providing information on bank secrecy breaches.
Impact: Automation to replace manual processes, significantly speeding up deliveries and increasing the bank's profits by avoiding fines for delays in deliveries.
OffStation
2021
OffStation is a Brazilian Startup and the product is Online scheduling system for sport and entertainment activities.
In this company I worked as Scrum Master, I had direct contact with client listening to new demands, so I collaborated with Product Owner and Tech Leader to refine stories and deliver new features.
